Hole Punches
For cutting and creating holes in strip metal fittings we have the Malco punch or the more extensive Roper Whitney lightweight hole punch set. Both are excellent at making pre-punched holes in things such as suspended ceiling grids, metal stud or sheet materials.
Stud Crimpers
Also consider the Malco punch lock stud crimper, which secures any width of stud and runner with a punch and die that creates a strong rectangular crimp, so there's no need for any other fastener. It is simple and convenient to carry on the tool belt or in the toolbox for dryliners, partitioners and ceiling fixers.
