Predator Laser Guided Saw
This latest saw from Spear & Jackson’s Predator series incorporates a laser guidance system, with a small laser set into the handle. The laser can be used in several ways, such as to mark out cutting lines, to locate the saw correctly for the start cut, and to periodically check your cutting accuracy against intended the cutting line. In addition to straight cuts the laser also allows the cutting of difficult to mark surfaces, thin slices from sections, or complex compound mitre cuts.
Duralife Technology
The fast cutting blade has cross-ground hardpoint teeth that cut on both the pull and push stroke. For greater rigidity the saw has a thicker 0.91mm blade, and this helps to minimise whip and vibration. The blade has 10 Points Per Inch which results in a fine finish. In addition, Spear & Jackson’s Duralife technology means that the saw blade will last 20% longer than other leading brands. The handle has a soft, ergonomic rubber grip and finger guide to give you greater control over the saw for accurate cutting.
