The high specification CAT Diagnostic Hi S3 safety boot has a full grain leather upper and a hiker inspired 6” high back that provides added ankle protection combined with a comfortable padded collar. Incorporated are a range of safety features that include a steel toecap as well as a puncture resistant steel nail plate to prevent penetration from sharp objects. These Caterpillar safety boots have a TechniFlex® sole with welted cemented construction to ensure strength and durability in all conditions whilst giving maximum flexibility. The SRX rubber outsole has ladder grip technology and a cleated, slip resistant surface to help grip on uneven surfaces and is anti-static to protect against static build-up. The moulded EVA midsole ensures shock absorption and energy return. Inside the Diagnostic Hi S3 boot is an anti-bacterial, moisture wicking, and removable perforated EVA sock lining with gel technology for shock absorption. Due its water resistant uppers, this S3 rated safety boot is suitable for indoor or outside use where there is both a risk of crush injuries as well as penetration from sharp objects such as nails, glass, metal, wire or tacks. This includes use by gardeners, waste & recycling operatives, road maintenance workers in addition to all trades that work on construction sites such as builders, carpenters, plumbers, tilers, plasterers, bricklayers and labourers. The Caterpillar Supremacy boot is ideal for those preferring the high leg style safety boot. The SB-P-W/P rating covers the basic level of protection and meets the standards overall requirements, plus a pierce resistant midsole. A stylish, comfortable boot made with leather/ nubuck uppers and with a padded collar, tongue and ankle sections for added protection and comfort. New SR-X sole combines lightweight P.U. with a rubber layer that is resistant to 300ºC heat. The ladder grip and 90º heel block design provides greater level of flexibility and slip resistance in wet and dry conditions. Additionally this boot has a non-clog cleated outsole with ladder grip for slip prevention on ladders and steps. These Caterpillar safety boots have many additional benefits, including an anti-bacterial Poliyou insole and a nylon mesh lining that wicks away moisture for better internal comfort. This boot also features a bellowed side zip for easy access as well as the speed lacing system. The SB-P rating makes these boots suitable for construction work where there is both a risk of crush injuries as well as penetration from sharp objects such as nails, glass, metal, wire or tacks. This includes most trades that work on construction sites such as carpenters, plumbers, tillers or plasterers. These boots also have a further W/P rating as they contain a water resistant membrane. New for 2011, CAT's Retrace S1 Safety Trainers is suitable for light industrial use such as warehouse & factory work, parcel delivery, or any other job where heavy lifting may create the risk of crush injuries. The Retrace has Caterpillar's SR-X slip resistant outsole, steel toecap and molded EVA midsole. PU Nubuck/Mesh uppers and nylon mesh lining provide comfort and flexibility, while the cemented T871 ultra work compound outsole gives maximum durability. Specifically designed to provide extreme slip resistance, the outsole uses high-traction materials and an advanced tread pattern. The anti static sole protect the wearer from the hazards of static build up in the workplace and the Retrace trainers also benefits from heat and oil resistant properties. Inside this Caterpillar safety trainer is a removable perforated EVA with gel technology insole that provides cushioning and support as well as shock absorption. These trainers should not be used in wet working conditions.
