Rubi STAR50-N PLUS Tile Cutter in Kit Box
The Rubi STAR50-N PLUS Tile Cutter In Kit Box is suitable for both wall and floor tiling. It will cut tiles made from ceramic, with a maximum thickness of 1/2" (12mm). It features chromed and rectified steel guides that have an anti-corrosion treatment. This makes them extremely accurate and long lasting. The 6mm scoring wheel is made from extremely hard tungsten carbide to ensure it will stand up to the rigors of cutting. The base of the cutter helps to absorb the shocks that occur during use. Direct vision of the scoring and cutting line ensures that you always have a good view of the tile as it is being cut and scored. There are also several additional features over the standard STAR50-N tile cutter. First is the inclusion of a lateral stop that makes it quick and easy to make repetitive cuts. Two support arms fold out from the base to provide additional support to the tile. Lastly the moving breaking system fully envelops the guide rails, providing greater stability when breaking tiles. Cutting Lengths - maximum size tile for straight cut 21"/ 51cm, maximum size tile for diagonal cut 15x15" / 36x36 cm. Weight - 12.6lb / 5.7kg including plastic carry case.
