With Christmas just over 2 months away we're gearing up for the big day with great offers across the site and a host of new product launches.

Our range includes something for everyone so we are confident that you'll find the ideal gift for friends and family.

Here you can find details on our extended returns policy and the last shipping dates for orders placed with us for pre-Christmas delivery.

Extended Returns Period

Should you need to return an unwanted item to us you can benefit from our extended returns policy over the Christmas period.

Any items bought from us between now and our last shipping date below can be returned to us by Tueday 31 January 2011 for a refund or exchange.

All returns should be ‘as new’ - unused and in original packaging with any tags attached. We are not able to accept items that are damaged, incomplete or have been altered from their original condition. 

Return postage costs are at your expense and the original delivery cost is not refundable. Please see our Easy Returns Page for full details of our returns policy and procedures.

Last Shipping Dates

Orders are despatched on a Next Day service for delivery the following working day, but we are not able to guarantee this as delays may occur due to the high volume of parcels handled by our courier partners during this time of year. We strongly recommend that you place your order early to avoid disappointment.

Next Day Orders - Including Before 12 Noon & Before 10:30am

The last date for placing your order is Thursday 22 December 2011 before 3pm. Any orders received after this time will be despatched in the New Year, unless you have paid for a Saturday Delivery to take place on 24 December (See Below).

In stock items from your order will be despatched on a Next Day service and should be received on Friday 23 December 2011.

Please remember that as all our deliveries are made by courier, you must be available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address.

Items that are listed for 'Pre-Order' are out of stock until we receive these from our suppliers. If your order contains any 'Pre-Order' items, these will be despatched once stock becomes available in the New Year. 

Saturday Delivery

The last date for placing your order for Saturday Delivery is Friday 23 December by 12 Noon.

In stock items from your order will be despatched on the Saturday service and should be received on Saturday 24 December 2011.

Please remember that as all our deliveries are made by courier, you must be available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address.

Items that are listed for 'Pre-Order' are out of stock until we receive these from our suppliers. If your order contains any 'Pre-Order' items, these will be despatched once stock becomes available in the New Year. 

Christmas Closure

The Tool Venture offices will be closed from 24 December 2011 until 3 January 2012. During this period you can contact us via the website or by email at sales@toolventure.co.uk and we will respond to you as soon as possible once our offices are open again.

We will not be despatching any orders during this period. Normal despatch of orders will resume fom Tuesday 3 January 2012.

Disclaimer

Toolventure will endeavour to deliver before Christmas if your order is placed before the above cut off dates. However any date given for delivery is to be considered as approximate only and we shall not be held responsible for any delays that may affect the delivery of your parcel.

These include but are not limited to adverse weather, failed delivery attempts when the recipient is not available to sign for the parcel, incorrect/incomplete address details being provided, strikes, lockouts, trade disputes, accidents, traffic, government interference or any other unforeseen circumstances, and no claims for compensation will be accepted.
