Advanced Materials

GT Line are at the forefront of material research, as different environments and working conditions require tool cases are made from appropriate materials that can withstand the task in hand. ABS is a lightweight and economical thermoplastic that is used on GT Line's entry-level cases. An extra thick aluminium trim around the two case sections ensure a tight closure, while twin locks with keys keep your contents secure when on the move.

Built For Travelling

Travelling with the GT Line Turtle 350 Tool Case is effortless due to the two large wheels fitted with ball bearings and the extending telescopic handle to pull the case along with. Two additional ergonomic handles with rubber-coated grips are easily accessible on the top and side of the case body for lifting when required. The case opens via a heavy-duty single steel hinge, which is riveted in several places to give a high resistance to frequent opening. When in use, the Turtle 350 tool case sits on four rubber feet for stability and the lid is held open by two metal safety support stays.

Advanced Injection Moulding Techniques

A new addition to the GT Line range of technical tool cases is the family of Atomik tool cases with a load rating of up to 25kgs. This is a high thickness polypropylene case that uses a new technologically advanced injection moulding technique to ensure a constant material thickness, even in the corners. This material makes the Atomik 215 case extremely resistant against chemical corrosion, shock and high & low temperature. A large thick aluminium trim makes the case ideal for daily heavy-duty use and an Atomik WH version with wheels is also now available.

Foam Kits For Storing Delicate Equipment

The GT Line Atomik is supplied with two tool pallets and you can choose from the PEL, PTS Flexi Pouch Plus™ or PSS™ Professional Storage System with the option of adding a third tool board with the PSS system on one side and elastic loops on the other. The bottom storage area on this tool case has removable dividers fixed directly onto the shell body and there is also a special pre-cubed foam kit available for this compartment that can be adjusted in shape and size to hold and transport measuring or testing equipment with less risk of damage.
