We offer both standard delivery and next day delivery options to most of the UK mainland. Parcelforce (the business division of the Royal Mail) deliver all our UK orders to ensure that you receive a service that is both flexible and offers a choice of delivery and collection options. Very large or heavy items may be sent on a different service. Our European deliveries are sent with DHL, a global market leader in international freight.
If there is no one at home your parcel will be taken to a local Royal Mail Post Office or local Parcelforce Depot, where it can be collected within 16 days. A card will be left telling you where you can collect your delivery along with a number to phone if you have any queries. You simply take the card and proof of identity (driving licence, passport) to collect your parcel. Parcelforce have by far the largest parcel collection network in the UK, which provides you with the most convenient place to pick up your parcel.
We will shortly be adding tracking numbers to confirmation emails that we send to you when your order is despatched.

Orders are normally despatched same day if received before 3pm.
Next day orders have to be received by 2pm.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
You will only be charged for goods after they have been despatched from our warehouse and you will only be charged delivery once per order; this applies even if we send you more than one parcel.
Delivery of Site & Van Boxes
Due to their size and weight all site & van boxes are delivered on vehicles with tail lifts and will require a 2-man lift when unloading. The following delivery charges apply for these items:
