All products are stocked in our own warehouse so we can offer you next working day delivery on most orders within the UK mainland (subject to the exclusions below).
The stock shown on the site is automatically updated around the clock, with any products that are temporarily out of stock being unavailable for purchase.
Once your order has been despatched you will receive a tracking email from the courier allowing you to follow the progress of your parcel.
UK Mainland Delivery Times
Orders within the UK Mainland are despatched on a next working day by 12 noon service as standard. For an additional charge you can choose a next working day by 10am service or a Saturday delivery.
If your chosen delivery address is in a remote area or the local delivery depot is too far away, a timed delivery (by 12 noon or by 10am) will not be possible. In this instance we shall contact you to advise that your order will instead be sent on a standard next working day service.
All orders must be received by 3pm for next working day delivery. Orders received after this time will be despatched on the next working day. Any orders for Saturday delivery must be placed by 3pm on Friday.
Scottish Highlands, Islands, Ireland & European Deliveries
Orders to the Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands and Ireland are despatched on a two working day service. No additional delivery options are available for these destinations.

Important Notes
Orders are despatched Monday to Friday and therefore any orders received after 3pm on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Deliveries are made Monday - Friday (during working hours) unless you have selected a Saturday delivery which will be made between 9.00am and 4.00pm. A signature is required for all our deliveries to ensure that your order has been safely received.
You will only be charged for goods once they have been despatched from our warehouse and only one delivery charge will be applied to the order even if we send more than one parcel.
Delivery of Site & Van Boxes, Tool Cabinets & Chests
Site Boxes, Van Boxes, Tool Cabinets & Tool Chests are not kept in our own warehouse. These items will be sent direct from the manufacturer and can only be delivered within the UK Mainland and to the
Isle of Wight. A delivery date will be confirmed once we have processed your order,
however neither the timed or Saturday delivery options are available for these products.
Also please note that due to the size and weight of these products a 2-man lift will be required
when unloading them.
