DELIVERY INFORMATION

All our deliveries are sent by courier and will require a signature. For this reason someone will need to be at the delivery address to accept the parcel. We can also deliver your order to a workplace, friend's or relative's address if you provide this as your delivery address when ordering.

Should you wish the couriers to leave the parcel in a safe place in the event that you are not available to accept delivery, you can add these instructions at the checkout. Please note that this is at the driver’s discretion and that you accept all risks & liability when instructing parcels to be left in your absense.

Any undelivered items that are not collected within the timeframes set out in 'The Delivery Process' will be returned to us and a redelivery charge would apply.

THE DELIVERY PROCESS

We have partnered with a number of the UK's leading couriers to ensure fast delivery of your order. Our couriers will attempt delivery to your address only, unless instructions have been given to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place. If there is no answer, a redelivery will automatically take place on the next working day. Should this redelivery also be unsuccessful the parcel will be held at the local depot for collection within 5 working days.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Next Day Deliveries will be made on the next working day, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) between 8.30am and 5.30pm.

For Next Day Delivery your order must be received by 4pm the day before the delivery is required. Orders received after this time will be processed the following working day.

Orders received on Friday before 4pm will be delivered on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Orders placed on Friday after 4.00pm, during the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed the following working day.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY BEFORE 12 NOON OR 10.30AM

Next Day Deliveries before 12noon or 10.30am will be made Next Working Day Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

For Next Day Delivery before 12noon or 10.30am your order must be received by 4pm the day before the delivery is required. Orders received after this time will be processed the following working day.

Orders received on Friday before 4pm will be delivered on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Orders placed on Friday after 4.00pm, during the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed the following working day.

SATURDAY DELIVERY

Saturday Deliveries will be delivered on the next Saturday. Your order must be received by 4pm on Friday. Orders received after this time will be despatched the following week.

DELIVERY OF SITE & VAN BOXES, TOOL CABINETS & CHESTS.

Site & Van Boxes, Workshop Roller Cabinets & Chests ordered from Tool Venture will be sent direct from the manufacturer and can only be delivered within the UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands – see postcodes above).

Due to the size and weight of these products a 2-man lift will be required when unloading.

1-2 DAY DELIVERY

Deliveries will be made within 1-2 working days, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) between 8.30am and 5.30pm.

Your order must be received by 4pm for despatch the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed the following working day.

Orders received on Friday before 4pm will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Orders placed on Friday after 4.00pm, during the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed on the next working day for delivery in the 1-2 days following despatch.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Orders placed on Friday after 4.00pm, during the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed the following working day. For example orders placed after 4pm on Friday and on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday (excluding public holidays) and delivered on Tuesday. Where the Monday is a public holiday your order will be processed on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday (UK Mainland Only).

In the case of orders paid by card or through Google Checkout, you will only be charged for goods once they have been despatched from our warehouse and only one delivery charge will be applied to the order even if we send more than one parcel. When paying using PayPal, the full amount will be debited from your account at the time of placing your order.

Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email from us with details of how to track the delivery of your parcel.

Delivery estimates for your order are based on the delivery service levels provided by the couriers and should be treated as a guide only. We do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries including, but not limited to, those caused by any third party, fire, flood, mechanical breakdown, adverse weather or the recipient not being available to sign at the time of delivery.
