


We hope you are happy with your purchase but understand that sometimes you may want to return certain items. Maybe the wrong size, colour or just not the right product for you, whatever the reason we offer a ‘no fuss’ exchange or refund policy. We offer an extended period of 30 days within which to return any unwanted goods.
All goods should be returned ‘as new’ - unused and in original packaging with any tags attached. Any goods that are damaged, incomplete or have been altered from their original condition will not be accepted. Pet owners should note that any items returned with animal hairs on will be rejected. If you are a smoker, please do not smoke when trying on items or leave them in a smoky room. The smell can be impossible to remove without laundering and so can result in a return being rejected.

Once we have accepted items that are returned to us we will refund the price of the items (excluding any delivery charges) or exchange for alternative items within 2 working days. Please be aware that once your refund has been processed by us it can take up to 7 days to be credited to your account depending on your card issuer or bank.
Any free goods or promotional items that were supplied with an unwanted/unused item you are returning for credit also need to be returned before a full refund can be issued. Should you fail to return the free goods the cost of these item/items will be deducted from your refund.
Simply login to your account and go to your order history. Select the relevant order and click on the “Return Items” button. Please select the items you wish to send back and the reason for the return. Click the “Submit” button and you will be given a unique returns number (RMA) which will be emailed to you and saved in your online account. Write this number on your returns form and include with the goods you are sending back to us.
Alternatively download the returns form from our website, complete and send with your return items. Please remember to enclose your name, address and order number details, plus the reason for returning the goods.
If in the rare event the goods are not those requested, please contact our customer services immediately on 0845 680 0112 to arrange an exchange. You will not be charged delivery on the exchanged goods.
Notify us by email to sales@toolventure.co.uk or by telephone 0845 680 0112 by 4pm on the day of despatch if you wish to cancel your order.
Where goods have already been despatched to you, return the goods to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
When sending products back to us, it is your responsibility to pay the return postage costs and Tool Venture will not be able to refund any delivery charges incurred.
We are unable to refund or replace items where parcels have been lost or damaged in transit to us. For this reason we would advise that you obtain proof of posting and take out adequate parcel insurance to compensate for any parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Provided that products have been used for their intended purpose, most manufacturing faults will generally appear within the first three months of purchase. Should you believe that a product has developed a fault within this period you may return it to us at your cost. Before returning faulty goods to us these must be clean, dry and free from dirt or mud. Any goods that we receive and deem to be too dirty or wet will not be processed for health & safety reasons.
Once received products will be subject to a professional inspection for any manufacturing faults and a judgement will be made. We make no guarantee that a replacement will be offered as normal wear and tear, and conditions resulting from or contributed to by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration or improper care or maintenance are not covered by this warranty. Any items sent to us exhibiting these signs can be returned to you upon payment of the return delivery cost or alternatively will be disposed of.
Should the inspection reveal manufacturing faults then the item will be exchanged for a new replacement product. This is our only option under this warranty and will be a replacement of the same item or an equivalent item should this no longer be available. We are not able to offer a cash refund or merchandise credit against faulty items however we may reimburse you reasonable shipping costs if a receipt is enclosed.
In rare cases, providing that there are not signs of excessive wear or neglect, a product may become defective after three months of purchase. These products may still be returned to us but may take longer to evaluate as the manufacturers assessment and approval will be needed.
