The high-speed steel cutting edge with cobalt gives extra durability plus the blade is vacuum heat treated to create a harder edge for faster, easier cutting. The blades are heat and wear resistant and can cut wood, plastic and machinable metal including stainless steel or copper tubing, angle iron and conduit.
