The Estwing 11oz Drywall Hammer with Vinyl Grip has been specially developed for installing and removing drywall. The crowned head is scored to provide a better grip on nails, whilst also reducing the likelihood of impact marks on the plasterboard. The back of the hammer features a blade that can be used for scoring plasterboard and a notch to allow nails to be removed without damaging the drywall. Thanks to the perfect balance, you will experience less wrist and arm ache when striking with the hammer. The hammer has Estwing's shock reduction vinyl grip featuring shock reduction technology. This technology offers the best in comfort and durability, whilst reducing the vibrations caused by impact by up to 50%.

This hammer is intended only for driving and removing nails. You should always strike squarely using the centre of the hammer face. Never strike one hammer with another, or strike a chisel or other hand tool with a hammer. The hammer must always be replaced should any damage occur. This can include the appearance of any chips or dents on the face or handle, as well as cracking of the claw section.
