Fitted with a premium quality tempered stainless steel blade, the Marshalltown Durasoft II SS Taping Knife is designed for spreading the initial coats of joint compound over plaster joints and bedding the tape into them. The blade is attached to the handle with a rigid alloy backer.

The Marshalltown Durasoft II SS Taping Knife is one of the lightest knifes available on the market. A contoured DuraSoft rubber handle ensures greater user comfort whilst the narrow profile of the handle improves blade control by moving the hand forwards.
