The WHS 11" Broad Heel Brick Trowel has been developed for professionals and will meet the rigors of daily use. Solid forged from a single piece of high quality carbon steel, it is strong and will have a long service life. In order to reduce wrist strain and provide extra knuckle treatment, the trowel handle has been set an optimum angle.

Hardened and spring tempered steel has been used to give the right balance between rigidity and flexibility, and the resulting lightweight blade has been taper ground, providing progressive flexibility for consistent results. A clear lacquer coating has been applied to the blade to provide protection, and the straight edge of the blade is even strong enough to chop bricks.

The trowel features a broad heel, which results in the mortar being placed further forward on the blade. It also allows more material to be carried at once, compared to when using a standard width trowel. The Ergonomic handle has a rubber grip for greater user comfort and the high angle provides extra knuckle clearance. A plastic end cap on the handle allows tamping down without risking damage to bricks.
