The Eclipse Mini Hacksaw is based on the junior hacksaw, but comes with a range of additional features. The mini hacksaw has a strong but lightweight steel frame, with a pistol grip moulded plastic handle to give greater comfort and control. A blade tensioning device incorporated into the handle allows the blade tension to be quickly adjusted.

The hacksaw comes with a rigid, all hard blade to give accurate cutting and a long life. The blade is made from high speed steel and hardened along its entire width giving it a strong, rigid back. This ensures a perfectly straight cut every time. The blade has 32 teeth per inch making it suitable for cutting thin sheet steel and copper tubing.
