This Type 80A-2 level is made from extra strong but lightweight metal alloys and features reinforcement ribs that also make the level easier to handle. The level has a milled measuring surface along the bottom of the level, which ensures that the level rests flat against surfaces.

The level has twin vertical vials to ensure even more accurate measuring, and also has a single horizontal vial. This horizontal vial has a viewing angle of up to 300 degrees and can also be used for overhead measurements by turning the level upside down. The level is also fitted with impact resistant end caps that provide good shock-absorption in the event that the level is dropped.
