With the big day now just a week away, there’s still time to order a gift from Toolventure for delivery in time for Christmas.
Here you can find details on our extended returns policy and the last shipping dates for orders placed with us for pre-Christmas delivery.
Please remember that since all our deliveries are made by courier, you must be available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address.
Extended Returns Policy
The Toolventure returns policy has been extended over the Christmas period for products bought as gifts. Products ordered between 2 November and the cut off dates below may be returned by Friday 29 January for a refund of the purchase price provided that they are returned unused and with all original packaging. Return postage costs are at your expense and the original delivery cost is not refundable. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for full terms and conditions.
Toolventure Last Shipping Dates
UK Mainland
For orders to be delivered to an address within the UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) the last date for placing your order is Wednesday 23 December before 3pm. These orders are sent on a Next Day service so you should receive delivery on Christmas Eve, Thursday 24 December.
Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland
As orders to these destinations are sent on a Two Day service, the last date for placing your order is Tuesday 22 December before 3pm. You should then receive delivery on Christmas Eve, Thursday 24 December.
Europe Zone 1 - Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands
As deliveries to the above countries are sent on a Two-Day service, the last date for placing your order is Tuesday 22 December before 3pm. You should then receive delivery on Thursday 24 December.
Europe Zone 2 – Austria & Denmark
As deliveries to the above countries are sent on a Three-Day service, the last date for placing your order is Monday 21 December before 3pm. You should then receive delivery on Thursday 24 December.
Europe Zone 3 - Czech Republic, Italy, Spain & Slovakia
As deliveries to the above countries are sent on a Four-Day service, the last date for placing your order is Friday 18 December before 3pm. You should then receive delivery on Thursday 24 December.
Europe Zone 4 - Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, & Sweden
Europe Zone 5 - Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania & Serbia
As deliveries to countries within Europe Zones 4 & 5 take between 5-9 days, we regret that we shall be unable to deliver orders to these countries before Christmas.
Shipping During The Christmas Period
Orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday 23 December will be despatched on Tuesday 29 December & Wednesday 30 December. Normal despatch of orders will resume from Monday 4 January 2010

Toolventure will endeavour to deliver before Christmas if your order is placed before the above cut off dates. However any date given for delivery is to be considered as approximate only and we shall not be held responsible for any delays that may affect the delivery of your parcel. These include but are not limited to failed delivery attempts when the recipient is not available to sign for the parcel, incorrect/incomplete address details being provided, adverse weather conditions, strikes, lockouts, trade disputes, accidents, traffic, government interference or any other unforeseen circumstances, and no claims for compensation will be accepted.
