Important Christmas & New Year Info

The ToolVenture offices are now closed for Christmas but between now and the New Year we shall be offering limited despatch and customer service on the 29 & 30 December. If you do experience any problems please email us at custserv@toolventure.co.uk or alternatively leave a voicemail message on 0845 680 0113. One of our team will aim to respond to your query as soon as possible.
Order Tracking
Unfortunately the adverse weather has caused delays to some orders. If you are still waiting for a delivery please check your email inbox for the tracking email sent by our courier DPD. This will contain a link to their website www.dpd.co.uk along with a consignment number. You can use this information to view the current status of your parcel within their system. Should you need to contact them for more information please call 08459 300 100 and select option 5. Please ensure that you have your consignment number to hand.
Rearranging Delivery
If you need to arrange the redelivery of a parcel you will need to contact DPD directly by phone on 08459 300 100 and select option 5. Please quote your consignment number and ensure that you have the full address and postcode if you require redelivery to an alternative address.
Despatch Information: 24 December - 4 January
Orders Placed Before Tuesday 29 December
Orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday 23 December will be despatched on Tuesday 29 December. Our couriers will be making deliveries as normal on Wednesday 30 December and Thursday 31 December and orders should be delivered within the normal timeframe.
Orders Placed By 3pm Wednesday 30 December
Orders placed by 3pm Wednesday 30 December will be despatched the same day. Our couriers will be delivering as normal on Thursday 31 December and Monday 4 January.
Orders Placed After 3pm Wednesday 30 December
Normal despatch of orders will resume from Monday 4 January, with any orders received after 3pm Wednesday 30 December being despatched on this day.
