Product Description:

The Astra Cutting Edge 9/64" Self-Centering Drill Bit Guide for No.10 Screws is for use when drilling pilot holes for door and window fittings. Using this drill bit guide helps give an easy start and perfect alignment every time, for example, when siting hinges.

With a guide body composed of chrome alloy steel, the drill bit is made from fully ground high speed steel. The inner section of the guide body is spring loaded to firmly remain in contact with the workpiece as it retracts and it is also chamfered to match countersunk holes. A ¼” hex shank fitting allows the drill bit guide to be used in both quick release and normal chucks.
