Product Description:

The Astra Cutting Edge Hinge Jig is a 2 piece easy to transport hinge cutter for typical doors. With engraved markings for easy setting, the jig is made from laboratory grade high pressure laminate with an anti-friction surface. Having 4 fully adjustable hinge apertures to suit a vast variety of hinge positions and a datum end stop for precise positioning.

To use the jig successfully and safely you need a 12mm diameter straight router cutter and a Ø 16mm guide bush. The jig itself also requires secure temporary attachment to the chosen door; this is typically done with 2 or more bradawls (not supplied).

Please note that the colour of jig supplied may vary
